1. What are your rates?
Our rates vary depending upon a resident's level of care. Our base rate including all services and board/care is $5500 per month. We also work as a referring agent to other facilities we would recommend with lower rates.

2. Is medication included in the rate?
Medication is not included in the rate. We manage each resident's medication and ensure prescription delivery or pick up.
3. Do you provide transportation to medical appointments.
We have several professional transportation agencies we work with and can arrange a caregiver to assist at an additional cost.
4. Do you offer Hospice Care?
Each facility is able to accommodate two Hospice residents.
5. How many caregivers do you employ?
We employ one caregiver for every three residents as well as an awake night shift.
6. What are your visitation policies?
We welcome and encourage visitors. We recommend you visit during non-busy, non-meal hours, but ultimately, since we have 24hr awake staff, we are very flexible with your visiting times.
7. Is there a community fee?
No. We have never charged a community fee for new residents.
8. Are there any activities?
We employ an activities director that comes twice a week and also manages the weekly activities for our residents. Everyone is encouraged to participate based on their likes and capabilities.
